What about the B&M Ripper shifter? Has anyone had experience with it?

Just curious about how to set the shift stops for a t-45 to avoid breaking anything.
You should be able to Google a Hurst Shifter install. I would get one but have heard too many people bitch and moan about them and they are a bit more expensive then even the MGW

I really wanted an MGW myself...but when my mechanic sold me my tri-ax for $50, i couldnt say no. I love my shifter. So much better than stock!!! Im using the stock handle but i have smooth shifts all the time and i can grab 2nd and 3rd like nothing. So im gonna recomend what i own instead of what i would like to buy cus i frankly dont have any experience with the shifter. You wont be sorry with any of them. So go for the Tri-ax. Save some green or buy yourself a nice shift **** to put on top of the shifter. The shift **** itself plays a big role in shifting as well i think. I got a hurst shift ball and that helped just as much as the shifter did. So, i recomend a steeda tri-ax and a hurst shift ball instead of just an MGW. Theres my opinion...take it before i change my mind. lol

I have a UPR Blue Thunder and i can't say enough good things about it. Specially the great adjustability of the handle. I think it's the Most adjustable out of all the other shifters from what i have seen. I forget what the package was called though that allowed me to get the adjustable shifter handle for free. But i've never missed third gear for the 8 months i've had it on. Just saying... 150.00 for a short throw. You cant beat that and im sure it's just as good as all the other shifters. But i cant say for sure since i've never tried out all the other ones. But if your on a budget then check out UPR.
