Default Bullitt brakes for the '02 GT

Somebody made a post last week that showed an EBay auction for a set of front 13" Bullitt brakes. In last years Ford SVO catalog that setup was 600.00 so the 4 bills it cost me was too tempting to pass up.

Nice FoMoCo calipers w/ Brembo rotors and new brake lines is what was in the kit.

They arrived yesterday and I put them on this afternoon and the only thing not included was brake fluid. Man what a difference in both looks and performance. The stopping power is noticeably improved but now my back brakes look lame.

I'll have to wait a few months before I sneak those under the wifes radar.
I am clicking my heels.

What's so special about those calipers and the calipers that come with the cobra kit for around the same price? What is upgraded other than looks?

You would want stainless steel brake lines anyway...
