MUSTANG Shopping, Truck is SOLD!!!
hey guys, let me give you a little background knowledge of what I am going through right now. I sold my 06 silverado Z71, and am looking for another daily driver i will be in some urban areas, and alot of highway driving. I work and go to school, my mother has taken my 01 GT Auto and is driving it to work so she will be keeping her hands on my GT for awhile now. Question I am at is, what would be the most comfortable and most reliable, dont have much time at the drag strip anymore so I will prob not take my new stang there too often. Would you guys get an 03/04 Cobra Vert or get a 2005-2009 Mustang GT and Supercharger it? I want a blower that I can retain a factory warrenty. But it would be an automatic. Any suggestions please let me know your thoughts ! Ive also considered a Saleen or Roush. Scared of how the saleen might ride on long trips with 20's.

Personally I would go with the 4v cobra. It has a better engine and transmission than the 3v's not to mention it would be considerably cheaper than buying a new one and supercharging it. However I do find the s197 models to be much more comfortable on long trips. Just my 2 cents...

well if it is the cobra 03/04 I would get the manual only for the forged and s/c motor, but am still scared if I will get sick of the manual in city traffic or if there is a back up on a freeway,have u guys experienced any times with ur manuals when u wish u had an auto tranny?

Manuals are so easy to drive its stupid and they are much more fun.
My suggestion would be to go an test drive a few of each. Drive a few 05+ GTs and go test drive a few Cobras and make you decision from there.
Just an FYI, a blown GT would be cool but NOTHING gets that WOW factor like a terminator.
