check your exh hanger rubber isolaters, flowmaster mufflers are heavy and can damage the rubbers over time, that is why i got rid of my flowmaster cat back, also since they are somewhat wider than stock, at least on the cat back, they sometimes kiss the drive shaft too so check that as well.
