Ok I'll admit that i was wrong and you can make a teksid block handle 2000hp but out of the box it will not handle anywhere near that.

It will be hard to find a cobra making 2000+ hp because that is pro level power and pros don't use 4.6L iron blocks because they are hevier then the aluminum 5.4L gt blocks which are easier to make the power with.

But you have already proven that you can google the **** out of old john so I'm sure you can find someone making 2000hp on a cobra block.

Good luck google boy hope you learn alot more.

You better hurry and call MMR tomorrow and tell them to stop advertising their 1500-2000hp shortblocks because they are made using production cast iron romeo and windsor blocks. And according to you those blocks are going to fall apart at 600 hp. They 1 of the top 10 engine builders in the country you think they would know better.

That's what I said. I never said it would desintegrate or not handle 600.

And MMR uses 04 Cobra blocks in their builds (most of them) which is NOT the same as the 2V block. But I guess MMR doesn't know that they're the same either...I won't tell them if you don't.

My god your ignorance amazes me.

*Brand New Cast Iron, current production Romeo or Windsor Block, FULL RACE PREP, de-burred and custom Hone for Chrome faced ringset.
Straight from their site. When did cobras ever have windsor blocks? Now why would MMR just use a romeo block instead of a cobra block? CAUSE THER THE SAME ****ING CASTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a gt. Fully built engine and 18psi. You will gain nothing from installing forged internals by them self. They only support more power.
