Default windsor cam question/timing chain

windsor motor cams are bolt on or pressed on?

i need a new timing chain and guide kit and the one at MMR is made for a bolt on style cam? would that work for stock windsor motor? part 2 if i buy the stage 2 CMS cams would it fit the windsor motor with the new mmr timing chain guide combo?

Windsors are pressed on gears. Timing chains and guides will work on either romeo or windsor.
