Car running bad after removing supercharger
I took my pro charger off and sent it in for seals and bearings.I had 60lb. injectors in before and now I have the stock ones back in.Everything is back to stock.Problem is it runs a little rough,it ideals ok and it seems to be using more fuel. When I had put the pro charger on I had taken it to get a tune on it.After I took it off I just plugged my programmer in and put it back to stock settings.any help on what might be the problem.would I need to take it and have it tuned again. Thanks,Jon

I live over by Lake Charles,La.There are not a lot of mustang guys around this area. There are some but I don't know them. When the pro charger was installed,Everything in the kit was used. The stock MFA was not used.I did take the stock one off and cleaned it properly this morning and I did disconnect the batter for 20min.If I remember right the IAT sensor read high.I will get back on here tomorrow and post exactly what code came up.

I removed everything that was hooked up to the pro charger.I left the intercooler bolted up and just caped off the ends.I put the stock maf back on with the stock filter.I'm getting ready to go back out there and check for vacu um leak.It sounds like there might be a leak I here some sucking noise but I could not find anything.
