From what I've read the '03 Cobra spoiler won't work, it'll be way too short to wrap around. You need the Mach 1 chin like everyone else with a '99-01 Cobra front end.

The mach spoiler is short on the sides, from what I've seen the 03 matches a little better. I can't find the picture here at work but I'll definitely post when I do it. The 99/01 front bumper curves up so it needs a slightly longer spoiler to match up.
