Default Should I buy a 2003 Cobra? Need Help Deciding

I'm looking at this guys 2003 Black Cobra.

Original owner, although he works at Harmon Audio Automotive systems and put in a chrysler GPS Nav system, with all top of the line infinity speakers. He also cut a hole in the center dash for a 5.1 speaker. It looks like its been done right, but the radio just looks silly in a ford...

It has a 6 inch scratch on the rear quater panel, the rear brake light lens is cracked, it needs new tires, and probably brakes soon.

The engine compartment has never been cleaned, so It needs some TLC.

Said he would go $17,000 cash today.

Should I do it?

36,000 miles. Original owner, probably 50 year old guy. I drove it this morning, its not beat, still feels tight. Just needs an alignment.

Compairing all the other prices of 03-04 cobras, $17,000 seems fair?

It was owned by a 45-50 year old guy. He said his daughter just turned 16, and his insurance sky rocketed, and just wants it gone... its the 3rd brake light lens that is cracked. Said it was like that when he got it brand new.

Yeah they are all small cosmetic fixes, but as far as re-sale, when i sell it in a year or two, do you think that radio will turn buyers off?
