Default 3.73>4.10's dumb idea?

have 3.73's in my '96 mustang cobra now, waste of money to go to 4.10's for the difference it'd make?

Definitley not a waste....consider 4.30s or 4.56s if you don't do much highway driving.

is the jump from 3.73 to 4.10 pretty significant? don't want to spend another $150 for a small bump.

yeah its my every day car, i think 4.30's would be a little much, but wouldn't know personally. think 4.10 is as much as i'd go, with light hwy driving.

Going from 3.27s to 3.73s gets you 14% more gear. Going from 3.73s to 4.10s gets you an additional 10%.

with your 4v i'd deff do 4.30's since you said light highway driving. but yea i love my 4.10's really helps the car get outta the hole and get moving better
