its the family mechanic, so i dont think ill have to worry about him skipping tests, but ill ask anyways.

my dad has a pretty good knack for mechanics, so im sure he'll spot anything wrong.

checking it out tomorrow, and if all goes right probably buy it beginning of next week. im going to be out of town starting friday, but my dads going to do all the dealing for me. i have to sell my car to this other guy first, so its a bit of a balancing act. ive already firmed up a price on selling mine, so thats not an issue tho.

True, some of the things I mentioned will be noticeable from a test drive. Usually, a full vehicle inspection will cover the things I mentioned too, but it really depends on using a mechanic that cares.
