stall help
well my t-3650 ate another clutch (spec stg 2) and my sincs are goin out so im gettin rid of this POS and putting in a C4 with trans brake etc..
now my car is full bolt ons and sometimes a 125 shot with 4.30 gears....what stall would be best for me?
i have read that i want to stay around 4k-4400 stall?

There are several factors the determine the best stall speed- the biggest are 1) weight of the car, 2) camshaft duration and overlap, and 3) rear gear ratio.
For a built small-block, with 4.10 in a SN95- I'd say 3200 would be nice. 4000 seems high to me, that's a lot of slippage for the street.
