Default Wanting some opinoins

First off, I do not currently own a mustang, I am in the market for one and have pretty got two in my sights. I was wondering which one you would take, and also what to look for on a used mustang. All of your help is appreciated .

First one is a 99 GT Vert w/ 94k

I talked the lady down to 5500 due to a new top.
(I priced a black one at American Muscle for $159.99)

The other is a 2000 GT coupe w/112k for $6900

I looked at this one and it is about as clean as they get. He has some service records too.

Both have clear titles and are in fairly good shape, I just cannot decide which one.

Out of those two my vote is for the silver coupe as im not too big a fan of convertibles or white interior but to each his own.... have you seen this one looks like if you put a couple hundred bux in it it would be a nice car... http://stlouis.craigslist.org/cto/1271189982.html

I got a white interior on my 1978 Firebird Formula back in late 1977....huge mistake. It was a pain to keep clean. I would never, ever get a white interior again.

The silver looks better. What are your plans if you do get a GT?

Yeah, I figured my best bet was the coupe anyways. I will probably just do CAI, Throttle body, SCT, SLP exhaust and some exterior stuff like mach 1 chin spoiler, grill delete and shorty antannae. Maybe next summer some 373s or 410s.

Have you tried dropping the price on the silver?
