t3/t4 hybrid
So i have a free t3/t4 hybrid garrett A/R turbo just rebuilt by a trusted mechanic waiting for me. 58mm nonwaste gated. thinking about adding onto the cobra. asking here, what kind of work am i looking at here for that? change internals? would a supercharger be a cheaper or better option? will be rebuild with a 360 degree thrust bearing. just need help deciding price/work/ and what changes are required.

Well don't think short term here... think long term. What do you want in the end? If you sell yourself short right now because you're trying to save a dollar, you will regret it in the end.
So sit down and figure out where you want this car to go. Right now a supercharger would be easier and cheaper (assuming you are going to buy the rest of turbo kit). But personally I would rather have the turbo.
Internals on the engine is a personal preference, there are plenty of people (myself included) who are boosting on stock internals. There is just a power limit you need to stay under.

You don't have to have a boost control if you don't plan on changing your boost all that often. You can just buy the correct wastegate spring to set your boost pressure.

and i guess it wouldnt' matter if they don't make a flange for that. its a t04b, being rebuilt with a t-series high performance kit,360 degree thrust bearing, the whole 9 yards. how sure are you of the flange situation.
