I have a 2000 Mustang GT with a Vortech Supercharger, what is the best oil to use and as i understand the oil pan is drilled so it also oils the supercharger, so when i change the oil its also changing the superchargers oil. What is the best oil to use 5w30 or 5w20? what brand? thanks for any help at all.

Motorcraft 5w-20... full Synthetic oil can keep its claims. I change my oil every 3k miles i dont need to pay extra because a commercial told me to.

so 5w20 the last owner told me 5w30??? doens't the oil cap say 5w20 ONLY?

Use conventional instead like Castrol GTX

I say use Royal Purple 5w30 (What I use)

With the added heat from the SC run 5w30. 5w20 is pretty much for fuel economy but do as your please its your car.
