I think a few bolt ons and a driver mod you will be in the 13s. Practice, practice, practice!

I definitely need seat time. I didn't expect much out of myself though being 8ish years since I've been and my first 5 speed car. Funny I bought this car just to cruise around with my boys (2 and 5) and drive to work. Now I've spent probably 5 hrs on the web since last nights runs researching what I want to do to this thing.
Thats how it always starts.....the mod bug jumps up and bites ya!! DAAAAMN!

Same here, I was just happy with having a RWD car again, and enjoying the convertible for the first time. After just a few weeks I had flowmaster exhaust (not my first choice but cheap cheap cheap), BBK O/R X pipe, 70MM TB, PP uper plenum, CAI, and Delta Force Tuning software. I plan on going 373's next couple of week, depending on the install costs (still havent checked into that) Focus Fuel pump, 44lb injectors, and then of course Procharger next year. Its so addicting!

Kind of wondering what mine will do at the track, haven't had any time to go. I want some base numbers before I start doing things to it.

I'm thinking, mid to low 14s?

i was thinking of F/I one day (prob next year knowing me...) but to do it right you need to froge your rotating assembly to get above 8 psi i believe. I'd love to put on a kenne bell 2.6... so much money!

my favorite mod (besides pi swap as a whole) was gears, going from 2.73's to 4.10's was awesome. i still don't expect it sometimes when i mash the right pedal.

Um..

A big part about running a mid 13 is going to have to do with the track location & weather conditions. Sure, dimebag ran 13.7s, but without a DA calculation he wouldn't be able to run the same at every other dragstrip.

You should consider getting some gears anyway. Or, screw the bolt ons and run some nitrous.

I want the car to be a dialy driver still, 8 PSI intercooled is more than enough for me...............should put the car mid 12's easily....

On the mods I have listed I've gone a best of 13.519. Drop in a K&N filter, do the exhaust, throw in some 4.10s, and get some drag radials. Do that and work on you're driving; if the track's descent you should be able to run 13.5-13.6 without much trouble.

The biggest thing is seat time. As others have mentioned, you can either throw 40-50 hp at the thing and hope for mid 13's, or get a few crucial mods, practice, and hope for some mid 13's.

My mods are 4.10's, o/r H, catback, and DR's.

First trip to the track I had a PB of 14.5 with a 2.2 60'
4 trips later *see:seat time* I pulled a 13.6 with a 1.8 60'....no addition mods.. just practice.
