ya i gatta deciede or pass on it.he told me 17.5 was the lowest hes willing to go.

2008 GT's (on average) are not going well below $18,500 with that low mileage.

The fugly bumpers and wheels should actually deduct the value not increase it.

As far as I'm concerned "extras" hardly ad to the value of a car. A dealership sure won't give you more for it. When I look for a car I find one that hasn't been messed with. If it's really 10k in extras tell him you will give $9000 without all the aftermarket stuff.
