H&R or Steeda for springs, MM or Steeda for CC plates.

also, i want to say UPR has had a bad rep with their c/c plates mainly the 3 bolt, now they have a 4 bolt ( didnt think they did in the past for some reason) are the 4 bolt ones any better?

UPR=GMS=Crap.

H&R makes the best springs IMO.

If you don't want an extreme drop, can't beat Ford Racing springs price/quality

H&R super sports
J&M CC plates

i dont see how a 3bolt is going to f up your strut towers unless you space them out wrong and the strut bottoms out.

I looooove my h&r sport springs they ride great and I don't scrape on everything but if u want it slammed go with the super sports or the eibach pro kit.

I'm in the same boat except I believe "you get what you pay for".. Between Steeda, h&r, and ford racing, what's the closes to OEM ride quality?
