how do I wire a air/fuel ratio gauge in 2001 mustang!?

That looks to be just an uncalibrated narrowband gauge. It will mostly just provide a lightshow with little to no tuning value.

The easiest sensor to tap is the passenger's side, it is a Gray/Light Blue wire at pin 5 of C133.

You'll need a 10mm socket to remove the M6 clamp screw that holds the connector together, then cut back the wrapping on the harness going to the top-half of the connector. Find the Gray/Light Blue wire and either strip some insulation from it and wrap as solder a lead, or use a 3M tap (fill it with dielectric grease before clamping it on).

I have diagnostic taps into this line and also the driver's side front sensor circuit--a Red/Black wire at pin 11 of C139 (the unlabeled connector just to the top and slightly right of C133 in the diagram below, between C133 and C130).
