Overhauling Suspension tommorow, any tips for me?

Yeah heres a tip for the LCA's:
Put a jack under the pumpkin and apply some pressure to it before you inbolt the axle end of the stock LCA's for removal. I did my LCA install with my friend last weekend and it was only after a few hours later that we realized that the pumpkin will angle down once you unbolt the stock LCA. Once you position your new ones, you will find the bolt holes on the axle and the axle-end of the new LCA to appear really off. This is because the pumpkin seems to angle down and move the 2 mounting holes further from each other...

huh?
Your trans is 100% irrelevant to either of these endeavors. Give one or both a try and will likely fall for one of them. I have done each and have vids in my sig, so hit the "Jazzer verse 24-7:365" linky below...

Alright thanks for the tips ohoneGT, LS What, stridertactical, and Jazzer. I have a compressor and good air tools so I am hoping they they help. I also have an air hammer with the the tie rod separator end so I pray that it will help with the ball joint and spindle situation. Jazzer, i can autocross and road race with an auto? I always thought you had to have a standard for any good results and the most control for entry/exit speed. I wouldn't mind giving it a try but it never even crossed my mind to try it with an auto.

Would probably be a bit easier with an auto, as you don't have to worry about power band quite as much.
I run in 2nd most of the time and tag third in 1 or 2 spots on most courses. I usually end up "between" gears at some point and have to decide on 5800 RPM's and big torque on a corner or going too fast in 3rd (< wouldn't trade this issue for the world )
I would try it with trans in 2nd gear and see how you do. Has got to be easier not having to shift thrown into the mix at AX.
