it always helps when you can stay busy. I am impatient as can be and my car has been between shops for over a month now. I call every day and drive the poor people crazy, lol.
Well a month is quite a different story. I would be having serious withdrawals and in a minor state of depression. I had only a 2 week gap between the time I sold my GT and when I got the mach, yet it was long enough for my girlfriend to ask me why I was being so temperamental all the time lol.

It's basically a tuning system that includes software so you can tune your car yourself. You can pick gear ratios, tire size, octane, injectors, etc. and also go further with timing adjustment, fuel modifiers and many other things. The advantage is that it's all done on a computer with a nice big screen instead of from a handheld device with a 2"x2" low resolution display. The interface is very intuitive for a novice tuner and offers pretty good adjustability for advanced users and more heavily modified cars. They have another tier, the commando system, that you can upgrade to once you need more adjustability than the special forces version can provide. You can also save as many tuning files as you want since they are stored on your computer as opposed to a handheld which typically only allow 3 or 4.
SCT has this software too but it's expensive and from what I hear, not as straightforward as sniper's software is. I'm sure someone else can explain the benefits better than me since I haven't actually used it yet but that should give you a general idea
