Do you have flowmaster weld-in's? What other mods do you have? Are you asking advise for JUST exhaust, or overall what mod next advise?

/need more info

A few mods are on the car.
PI Swap with a Mild port job.Trick Flow TB.

Would adding anything else in the mid section of the exhaust
make a H.P. difference?
Oh and Flowmaster weld in's......

Well most people recommend a O/R H pipe with flows... I have an X pipe but for no particular reason. If you feel like driving down to the cities... you can hear my car.

From what I understand you don't really reap the benefits (HP) exhaust work unless you do the whole system. Midpipe makes a lot of sense right now. Are you planning on going f/i, or staying n/a?

The stock h pipe, and cats are acting like a bottleneck in your exhaust right now. You'll gain a few ponies by changing it.

Is removing cats legal?

Technically no. Some states have a yearly inspection, and some don't. Sometimes there are ways around it as well.

I would check before doing this.

I don't think it is legal period. It is just a matter if you will get caught or not. In MD, we have biannual emissions testing, so I only have to worry about it every two years.
