I bought a set of aftermarket tinted headlights from Late Model Restoration for my '00 GT. They look very nice but they will not sit flush with the fender. The driver side has about a 1/4" gap between the top of the light and the fender and the passenger side doesn't even sit right at all, leaving like a 1/2" gap. Am I just out of luck and should I send them back? Is this common for aftermarket lights? The car has never been wrecked and the OEM ones fit perfectly flush against the body.

well unfortunately thats the risk of buying anything aftermarket. BUT with a brand name like that. and from a vendor like that ide think that they wouldve been perfect. I say call them and ask about there return policy.

i had the same issue with a set from american muscle, i called them and talked to their tech line and the set me a new set that fit perfect.

Send em' back. They will replace them. They should fit flush. Mine do.
