302 swap?

302 swap?
I found a 302 with trans for $175 yes i know the motor will need work and its a carb not fuel injected, My question is will my trans hook up to the motor for the swap what would i need for the swap?

No, it won't, its a diff bolt pattern.
You need
Kmember
Stand alone spark system, like msds 6 box or something
Custom exhaust I would think, or atleast 94/95 exhaust
And I'm prty sure your stock guages won't work

why wouldnt my guages work and i already knew i would need a trans :/ but gauges are just sensors if i remount the censors why wouldnt it work? would a fuel injected 5.0 motor be easier from like a 80's 90's mustang?
