The hood sounds like a good idea, but I wouldn't go CF on the trunk. RWD and power need support back there!

i dont plan on buying extra rims ever...i got the stockers and those are a pain in the *** to change out when i want to drag, when i get a little more power i wont be changing my rims out i prefer to be fast on what i drive on, so its not really for anything in particular. just if i gotta replace it then i might as well be better or lighter!

the hood is a lot lighter than a stock one! mine is alright but its starting to fade a bit around the edges im sure it can be polished out though. i wouldnt bother paying so much for a trunk i doubt it weighs much less.

yea i was wondering about the aging of CF how long till yours started to fade? i would think just wash and wax would help keep it primo but maybe not...

yea i wash and wax it a lot and it stayed in a garage most of the time. i think the hoods around 4 years old. i dont remember. the cf is fine its just the clearcoat thats fading on it.

O i see. hmmm still kinda a bummer, but i still think its worth the trade off, besides 4 years isnt a short time either.
