Default dyno numbers are in (bullet cams)

so i got my car dynoed today and of course it was the hottest day of the summer. at one point the dyno read 101 in the garage. so my numbers suffered some but i'm still happy with them. the guy said that if i brought my car back on say a 70 degree day the numbers would be alot better somewhere in the 270 range. but who knows. this is what i got;

RWHP: 266
TQ: 290

I'll post graph when i get home.

Sweet man! How much do you think you gained, and what's the power curve like compared to before? Does it sound any different after the tuning? Overall, what's your impression of these cams, now that it's tuned, and you've had a chance to test them out?

maybe I'm wrong but I would think that with a PI intake, ported PT heads and cams he should be knocking on 300, no?

well i gained 20+ hp from the tune alone i know that much. the base run i was knocking on 250's door at 247 hp. so the tune was def worth it. i just wish it wasn't so hot so i could see what it would be running at normally. i need u guys to tell me what u think about my a/f though because it's pretty screwy. there is a big dip in between 3.5-4.5 rpms where it dips down close to 10. then after that it comes back up to about 13 and slightly above at 6.5 rpms. the guy said that my tuner is maxed out as far as a/f adjustabilty goes so he couldn't do anything more about the dip. if i want to clear that up i have to get another program from sct that alows greater adjustability. does that sound right??

and MRTSTANG...the pitch of the exhaust changed alittle, but i wouldn't say it got any louder. the power and torque curves are real smooth 2 no blips or anything. I'm exhausted right now because i've been driving around like christopher columbus all day so i'll post dyno tomorrow.

thats what i was thinking imo... my b uddys 99 Dynoed at 7hp less with a mid pipe catback /pullies TB and Plenum.

i thought his did fairly well for a bolt on car but i would think a cammed 2v should see atleast 280 esp ported.
