Hi i order my SCT SF3 / XCal3 Power Flash Mustang Tuner today. When filling out the custom tune info for sct i forgot to add that i have flowmaster mufflers. will this be detrimental? And can someone explain to me how this "custom tune" works(i.e. why i have to say whether i have CIA etc..)

Mostly so the tune can properly map the Air/Fuel ratios. The maps are calibrated for a specific sized MAF. Change the size, change the fuel maps.

power when i got mine 2 rwhp and after was tuned with turner i gained right at 25 ponys at the rear wheels no bs
