I live in CA too and the cops only loved me twice for my exhaust and I've had it for 2 years with Long Tubes and O/R midpipe. I wouldn't say that the performance is SIGNIFICANT, but it is noticeable and the sound is definitely noticeable. The stock system is only 4 cats btw. Every 2 years, I just swap out my O/R midpipe for my catted one with 2 cats and go to smog it, then put the O/R pipe right back on
