Default Suspension mods for a street car

My mustang is pretty much full bolt ons, tuner and gears are coming soon. But after that Im looking to update the suspension since the car rides like a tank and has pretty dismal road feel and numb steering. So this is what Im thinking

Currently have H&R Supersports

Want to ad...
Tokico D-spec's
Weld in sub frame connectors
Eibach anti roll bars
Strut tower brace

Now all of this sounds great on paper, but for a street car what am I really going to notice? Obviously the car should feel stiffer and handle better but does anybody that has some suspension mods similar to this chime in and let me know if its really worh the money to do all of this on a street car? I really want the car to feel far more solid then it does, right now it just has that wet noodle feeling. Also Im probably going to sell my 18x9/18x10's and go with 17x9's all the way around and probably upgrade to cobra brakes once they need to be changed.

Your ride will likely be better than stock. in turns its going to ride on rails providing you have the correct settings on the shocks.

I just want to feel like im driving a car and not a boat on wheels, as much as I love mustangs these cars are really numb. So it sounds like if I do these mods it should handle that issue for the most part.

For the most part yea. If you really want to handle, sell your springs and replace them with coil overs.

all that sounds fien... if you have the money look into coilover kits, but at the same time what you have there is fine... mustangs are hard to push into the corners as it is... I had mine understeering like crazy last night, having to feather the brakes to put the front back on track, so what you have there is something i would look into for myself...

and wheels/tires will def. help too.

I had a friend w subframes and a rollbar , and it was a LOT stiffer than mine which has nothing. I hear subframe connectors are a big thing .

Yea Ive thought about that too but im hoping the upgrades I have planned will get the job done, coil overs seem like overkill since its just a street car.

I agree, I dont want to do TOO much w my car either. I want subframe connectors (full length), and some adjust able shocks / struts, maybe strange. Thats about all!

BTW, very nice stang man. Dont put a wing on it, leave it the way it is.

I think Ill probably start with the braces and then do the tokicos last if I feel I still need them, which I probbaly will since the car rides like ****. But I think the braces and sub frame connectors are probably whats going to really handle my problem. Im really just looking for a jack of all trades out of my mustang since its just a DD. It doesnt need to be a 10 second car or take a corner like a Ferrari but as long as it has some go and can take some corners while handling the bumps and potholes of the streets I think ill be pretty happy.

I have thought about trying out auto-x too, so this would be great for that especially with 4.10 gears.
