Is It OK to Drive from Florida to California?

In addition to getting the car ready I would also make sure you have your AAA plus card in case you need a tow AND wireless internet access to us, because we are nationwide and there is a member who would prolly know exactly where to take your car if you ran into trouble.

You're driving a GT that far? >.< So much gas....but I guess it will be worth it I'd rather drive than fly any day. just check all the fluids and filters and you should be fine. We just drove 1300 miles to Florida and back and around in an 05 explorer with 140k miles, and it was perfect.

i'm not sure how many miles a gallon it takes but i heard 18 on the road and 20 on the highway. so far, the gas looks good to me. there's some fuel injectors installed and i heard that's suppose to waste a lot of gas. i'd be so happy to drive this baby out either way. plus it's worth it, right? you get to see all the scenery across the state.

yea do the reg maintenance...and sine u have about 150k, i would change the waterpump just for safety, and coolant flush, you are going from Fl to CA or ww.e and its gonna be hot, and the last thing you need is for the waterpump to take a dump and leave u over heating everywhere
