my mustang is too low. i scrape the bottom every once in a while but not at high speeds. is it a big deal?

Well what are you scraping the exhaust? It is what it is though, if ur scraping the bottom of the bumper well its gonna screw the paint up on the bottom, if its the exhaust if u bottom out bad enough it might rip it off.
