1996 mustang gt power steering need advice
Hello
I have a 1996 mustang gt it has about 125,000 miles on it and just recently the power steering blew i brought it to my local mechanic and he said i need to replace the power steering lines and pump. He also said the these parts are very expensive to buy exspeically for this year so i am just wondering what I should do and how to go about doing like were would be the cheapest place to get the parts ect.
thanks

If you're just a Mustang Driver sort of speak, no offense, just go to a junk yard; of course depending on your budget. It should be no problem, however budget is a factor.
If you want them new, I'd say buy some okay parts. It's just power steering and I'm sure any new parts will work fine.
If that happened to me now and the car was immobile, I'd have to wait for acouple pay checks because of books and gas. :/
