The pigtail lengths are different, and the connectors are keyed, I don't remember what's what but placement listed on most FLAPS' websites.

The key in the connector can be cut off to make a "universal" fit sensor, the pigtail length is another issue--too long is OK, however too short can present problems ...

If your downstream 02('s) are/is bad you SHOULD be getting a Catalyst efficiency code.
The job of the Downstream (Rear) O2's are simply to measure the efficiency of the Cat's. If the voltage is wrong, a Cat Eff. code is thrown.

However, if it's an Upstream you should be getting TERRIBLE fuel mileage, the possibility of other symptoms and NOT a Catalyst Efficiency code.

p0136, do you have a exhaust leak on the pass side exhaust near the o2sensor?

p0141, pass front o2 sensor needs replacing.

Well according the the information in the listing, it will work for the front AND rear locations. So I would assume you would be safe there. Honestly though, if you can afford it, I'd replace em all. But thats just me.
