He is running the same tq level as you and pushing more power so i think you'd be fine with the M/T D/R but if you wanna go so far as to put the slicks on, by all means go for it. Not a bad price either.

Would the 15 inch tire having more sidewall help over a 17 in. Mt Dr? Or is the sidewall that big a deal? The best 60 ft time I got was 1.8 on 315/35 17 nitto dr with 7.84 1/8 mile et... But Im having to baby it out of the whole and as soon as the spray kicks in I spin 1st gear and a little of 2nd... Thats why im thinking a Mt et street or Mt drag on a 15in wheel.

imo
if your gonna get a set just for the track get the drags

you will be happier with those over the streets
dont get me wrong i like my streets and i got a deal on them other wise
i would have a set of drags
