SCT 2 4 bank eliminator chip????

Default SCT 2 4 bank eliminator chip????

ok so when i purchased this car this chip was already installed. i have done some research and it holds 4 tunes that you can switch by a dial indicator. i decided to play with it today ad my car will not start no matter where my dial is. It will only crank up on 0. There is 1 through 7 on it but 0 is the only way it will crank. I did some research and i noticed when the chip gets installed you have to scrub the connection until the copper shows and if not done correctly it would not start. Any idea guys? I would like to see if this thing works. Here is my mod list most of my mods are in suspension but with my pi swap do you think i have enough to go to the dyno or figure this chip thing out? Or do i need to wait for any tuning?

Why would you wait to get a tune, "dyno" or otherwise?

Getting rid of the wildly conservative, 87 octane, OEM tune should be the next thing done after opening up the exhaust...
