Default Did I get ripped off?

I ordered a new bumper for my car off of eBay, and just received it the other day. Big problem is it doesn't say "Mustang" on it. The auction didn't state that it would differ significantly from a stock part and the picture was too dark too see that it doesn't say Mustang on it.

The seller is telling me I should have known better. Should I escalate this to a Paypal claim?

It doesn't say mustang on the bumper from his picture. I would contact ebay and try to get something done about it.

false advertising/misrepresentation of actual product unless clearly stated in the description...

I would file a claim if I were you, unless of course you enjoy spending your money on something you don't want.

I guess its partly your fault, b/c i just looked at that picture and there is no "mustang" on it. But they didn'ts specify either, so partly theres. I'd personally just return it get a refund and pay the $20 to restock it.

you really should have known it wont say mustang on it...next time do a little more research... i dont think paypal will help you out...i bet theres plenty of people here who would trade you bumpers...i would if it was a v6 bumper since i have dumps..."mustang" on the back is kind of dumb to me...everyone already knows its a mustang without having to read it lol

I don't agree with you. Anyone that knows anything about a mustang would know that ALL three of those bumpers are not interchangeable...why? Cos a Cobra would say Cobra on it, a GT has two cutouts whereas a V6 has none and not to mention it does not say OEM equivalent or OEM replacement anywhere. The pic also doesn't show any type of logo on the bumper.

Good luck if you file a claim.
