I was driving down the street last night and some guy pulled up next to me and asked me if i wanted some upper control arms for $100. I went to his house to check em' out and they are powder coated and brand new. should i buy em?
i tried but he wouldnt budge. thats exactly what i offered him. is there anything else that should come with them besides the control arms and the bushings?
well, the solid bushings in those are obviously much more stiff than factory, which are wobbly and loose to "help" prevent the rear fourlink from binding. By making them rigid, the rear will want to bind alot more, which will make the traction VERY unpredictable in the back under load and turning. Honestly, not worth the risk IMO.
