Should My Idler Pulley Do This?

Yea its common!
When I pulley'd down to 3.12 blower pulley I noticed the idler pulley starting to chirp especially in the cooler weather so I replaced it. Now a year or so later when I put the 2.87 S/C pulley on I noticed the new pulley starting to squeak so I'll replace it soon too
