teej281...what's with the rag in the hood scoop?

is it functional and you washed it so you put one there to not get water on the engine?

Nope, i put it there because as most of you probably experience, water likes to sit in that honeycomb panel in the hoodscoop and just drip down the hood after you've just washed and dried the car and leave water spots. So the shamy spends the night in the hoodscoop just to keep the water from dripping down the hood and leaving spots on the hood and in the center of the front bumper. I knew someone was going to ask about that...lol

Bought this car when I was 14. Had locked up motor, no paint, car had sat with windows down for 2 years, bone stock. Did my first motor swap, full interior swap, and all the work done to the car. 4 years, 1 motor, 1 paint job, 5 sets of wheels, 3 power adders later...
