I agree... Just usually added one more step. Fill oil filter up with oil first.. Then disable ignition and crank until pressure comes up on gauge. The assembly lube will suffice until the oil flows through. Like stated above, no need to remove valve covers...

Dont unplug anything... hold the gas pedal to the floor and then crank the motor in 10 second intervals. this shuts off the injectors and will just make the motor crank.

Make sure you prime your timing chains as well and recommend changing oil at 400-500 miles and again at 1,000 then 3K from then on in.
