ive heard if your running low on gas it might feel a bit slower because the fuel pressure goes down but i dont think it makes sense because the fuel pump is going to pump the same pressure no matter how much fuel is in the tank..

weight in the back = traction, so it should feel a bit stronger

example: my truck ran 15.0 with a 2.2 60ft....removed spare tire, tailgate, and my heavy *** bed mat....ran a 15.8 with a 2.6 60ft...spinning is a bitch

and you all shut your ***** mouthes about my 60fts....its a heavy *** 4door truck give me a break

the only thing i can think of is your fuel pump acts up when it's hot (because of low fuel level) and the cool fuel makes it run better

Hmm, I have a 93 octane tune too. I don't think it's the extra weight because I have and my car for awhile and I have had different weight set-ups in the rear with spares, luggage, subs etc and I only feel it sometimes. For example if I am driving around for a while (15-30mins) and go to a gas station I usually feel it, but if just start my car and the gas station is my first stop I usually don't feel it.
