Default Borla catback HP increase?

I was wondering if I would get any HP increase by replacing my stock exhaust on my 01 Cobra and adding Borla Stinger catback system?
Also is it pretty easy to remove and install by myself laying on the ground?
I'd rather not pay someone if I can do it myself.

Thanks!

Thanks! Your right it will sound so good who cares about HP.
I'm debating on my first mods. I don't know if I should go with gears first or exhaust first. I was going to go with 3:73 gears cuz I heard 4;10 spin alot.
I'm not looking to race, I just want a little get up and go.
I'm just stuck on what to go with first as the second mod will be next year sometime.
These would be the only mods to the car.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks!

I'd do it. Hardest part about installing a catback is cutting the stocker off as it goes over the rear axle. You don't have to worry about that. Plus Borla's sound good

If you can afford long tubes, new mid pipe, and the stingers I would do exhaust. If not, maybe consider the gears first and save for the whole exhaust setup. Stingers do sound amazing but with lt's and new mid it will be even better, and you will gain some hp (maybe 25) with a full setup.

Default First mods: Gears or exhaust

I only have have around $850 to play with.
I want both now but can't afford both.
I keep going back and forth.
