Not entirely sure, but I am pretty sure blow through setups support more power and they allow you to run a BOV if you feel inclined to do so

There's no no benefit over the other if the tuner knows what they're doing and your setup is sound. In High Hp numbers using BOV's help ease of tuning but you're nowhere near that level.

Blow through is metering the air after the S/C and you use an 05+ MAF which you'll never peg
