Shoot with my car, I was running 8* advanced at one point and was pinging at 4k-6k rpm ranges.. but man in the 1.5k-3.5k range I swear I was picking up pavements of the ground. lol

This was my first tune:
93 octane(automatically advances 2* from stock)
WOT RPM Ranges:
Low- +3.0*
Mid- +2.5*
High- +2.0

GLOBAL=+2*

I know ppl who have run this and their car doesnt ping at all.. mine was only in high rpm ranges. but as you can see, its 4* total global timing advanced + w/e the WOT ranges are.

+1 absolutely.

To the OP: Put the timing back to where it was before you added all of that and see what happens.

HOSS, do you have the sniper? I was thinking the base tune advanced timing like 2 degrees, on both 91 and 93 and then from there you can go and play with it as you please. I think I'm 1.5 above the sniper base tune, 2 tops, I forget. So I'm +4 over stock maybe. I'd be too chicken to try +8, especially since I can only get 91 octane.

Yea I have special forces. I have been kicking around buying delta force.. but I just dont have the 400 bucks it takes to upgrade allocated at the moment. To many other things need to be bought before that..

Lets Itemize:

4 birthdays in 2 weeks
Christmas presents
My birthday is in 3 weeks, that means 2 things
I am buying myself a Kimber 1911
I am going to a few bars and getting plastered

After all this is done, I shall hopefully get DF. lol

i put the timing back started missing real bad after driving for 30 mins or so pulled over made sure all the connections was tight and so on..everything was good. so i start looking around say **** it and started pulling any sensors i seen including the fuel injector sensors, tps, and iac, everyone i disconnected made the car have a rough idle so im sitting there thinking what it could be..i pull the MAF sensor and when i do a mustang arund the same year flys by. i jump in the car and chase him down like he wasnt moving...conclusion=car runs like a bat out of hell with MAF unplugged ****ty idle. with MAF plugged up cars runs ****ty in general. so i bought a new MAF and it should be at auto within the next 30 mins. by the way me and the mustang did not race he turned off i followed and he pulls into a factory where he works. so no race sorry guys lol

edit: HOSS do you wanna sell the sniper? or will i need to send it off and have it retuned or can i plug and play?

Did you have the maf calibrated for your car??? Cus my friend has the same problem and he just got a new maf sensor and his car runs like crap. Id say your car just needs tuned in general.
