I would guess 6K-8k, depends... the problem is that bearing is going to prevent you from selling for a good price.

exactly...nobody wants your headache...you can have a $200 problem with your car, but that doesnt mean the car is worth the same amount fixed, minus $200....nobody wants someone elses broken ****

Get the TOB fixed, list it for sale at 10k obo and see what happens.
