4v swap

4v swap
I had this link saved in my favorites on what parts are needed, etc, and my comp crashed and i lost all my shortcuts. Anyways before you say search, i did on 2 forums and both say that "4v" is too short to search. I had a few links that showed the write up and the parts needed, does anyone have any links?? Im debating on doing a 5.4L swap with the 4v heads... you might ask why not buy just a complete navi engine, well because they cost too much and the damn heads are too big for me. Anyways, thanks.

No one makes an off the shelf LT header for the 5.4 and you'll need to widen the H pipe a little more than an inch but yes, it's a direct swap. If you have a 2v you'll need to buy 4v COP boots. It will be driveable and safe but you wont gain the full benefit until you get a tune.
I didn't see where it said anything about custom cams. To me it would be pointless to build a motor of that caliper and not have bigger cams.
