Default Commuter Truck Possibility-Feedback

http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/cto/1395039917.html

My dad is going to be the one buying it, but he said I could drive it whenever hes not and either buy it down the road or make payments down the road. It looks like a nice little truck. Hes looking at it at noon tomorrow. Is there anything I should be aware of about the motor, transmission, etc.? The price is the high blue book but the guy says its really clean and pretty much mint considering the year. Feedback please. Thanks.

I didn't know this was a danger ranger forum. It doesn't even have a 4.6.

we just had some fun with a ranger at the last local meet

after dukes of hazard jumps, it became undriveable ...it lived about 4 times...then we dumped brake fluid in the engine and wedged a stick to the gas pedal to redline and waited for it to pop
