I've been trying to find a website that allows you to make custom matte paint. Any suggestions? I'm looking for a dark burnt orangish looking flat paint.

I don't know where to look for that, but you could probably just find a basecoat you like from any of the paint manufacturers and use a flat clear on top of it. It might not be true flat, but those clears are designed to ive the matte look and also provide the protection of today's clear coats.
