Hoosier A6 = AutoX tire
Hoosier R6 = Track or race tire
Here is a good place to start looking to see what events are in your area. Allot of clubs also use the site to pre register for the event

I personally am going to go with the Nitto Invos because of their high ratings in ride quality and wet/dry grip, they arent the best performance tire but I think the increase in ride quality and wet grip is a good tradeoff for myself since my car isnt just a weekend cruiser.
Do what?? How do you figure the NT05's would hurt his ride quality? I've seen a few guys around me locally get those and love them for open tracking/autox/daily driving. Very good tire choice for a do it all type of type. The Invo's, honestly... I would pass on them.

Hoosier A6's are great for autox. Very sticky, but you don't need those if you have never autocrossed before. You really need to learn the car on street tires first before you make this move. The R6's are technically more of a road race tire or open track tire. But if you ever get into wheel 2 wheel racing (like SCCA or NASA) you will have to be on the A6's to even stand a chance.

Another R-comp tire to consider are the Kuhmo V710's... excellent choice of tire too.

Nitto NT05 2/5 on ride comfort

http://www.nittotire.com/#index%2Etire%2Ent05

Nitto Invo 5/5 ride comfort

http://www.nittotire.com/#index%2Etire%2Einvo

If Nitto is saying the tire only gets 2/5 for ride comfort I can only imagine what an outside party would rate them at.

Think I will get rear LCAs for xmas and flsfc to start out. Maybe change shocks n struts this summer. Just going to do it slowly and not get in a hurry Stressing just kills the fun of driving the car to begin with

What control arms from MM do I need? Like it is talking about spring perch and sway bar mount and stuff. I don't know the particular ones I need for my car?
Says:

one set says with perch ,swaybar Next set says With perch no sway bar and so on.

You want a set of lowers that has a spring perch (this is where your spring sets unless you have coil overs) and you want a set that has holes to bolt the sway bar to
So get
Spring perch = yes
Sway bar = yes
