Definately some ****ty lcuk and good catch on the girl haha. Mine is kind of the same way.

What stall are you going with for the car? I'm looking at getting a 3600 stall due to my mustang not being a daily driver anymore.

I want to do a shift kit as well. Bought a programmer, so I might just change the shift firmness from there, even though I hear it's not exactly the same.

With the stall, I heard a lot that a 3000 stall will not hurt driveability on the car. Again it's a lot of research you'd ahve to do, but the 2500 would definately be conservative.

Let me know what stall you go with. Should be ordering 4.10s soon, so that and converter will be a huge step up.

yes very true. the guy that did my gears did suggest, and urge me to get a shift kit. he said not only would it firm up my shifts more than the tuner, it would extend the life of my trans.
